Senior Sales Development Representative

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Sales Development Representative based in India to spearhead our pipeline growth in the US market. This is an outbound-first role designed for someone who knows how to navigate both fast-moving Mid-Market accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise organizations.
Operating on US business hours, you will serve as the strategic voice of SpotDraft, tailoring your approach to engage sophisticated buyer personas (such as General Counsels, VPs of Legal, and C-suite executives).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience
- Mandatory outbound experience - you know how to build a pipeline from scratch and Strong understanding of how to leverage inbound channels alongside outbound to maximize pipeline coverage
- Track record selling into North America
- Experience selling to line-of-business buyers (Legal, Ops, Finance, HR) preferred. You know how to sell value to someone.
- Sharp written and verbal English - you'll be the first voice a NA prospect hears from SpotDraft
What you’ll own:
- Full-cycle outbound into North America: research, targeting, outreach, qualification, meeting handoff
- Build and prioritize target account lists across our core verticals.
- Run multi-channel outbound - cold call, email, LinkedIn and iterate based on what's converting
- Work closely with AEs and marketing to keep the pipeline clean and the feedback loop tight
