Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hyriko website (hyriko.com) and mobile app (together, the “Service”), operated by Hyriko (“Hyriko”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher for entering contracts) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

What Hyriko is (and isn't)

Hyriko aggregates publicly available job and internship listings and provides tools such as a résumé builder, saved-job tracking, and job alerts. Listings originate from third-party sources and employer career pages. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, we are not a party to any application or hiring decision, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing or that using the Service will result in interviews or employment. Always verify a role with the employer before acting on it.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us of any unauthorised use. You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium subscription and billing

• Free trial. New accounts may receive a 30-day Premium trial. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier unless you purchase Premium. We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time.
• Price and term. Premium is offered at ₹79 per one-month access period. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Purchasing while you still have trial or paid time remaining adds the new period on top of your existing time.
• Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayU, on its own hosted checkout and subject to PayU’s terms. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or UPI details.
• Renewal. Premium access is granted for the period you pay for and does not auto-renew; to continue after it ends, you purchase another period.
• Refunds. Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable once Premium access has been granted. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us at contact@hyriko.com and we will review it in good faith.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service, such as your résumés. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to save, render, and export your résumé). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide and must have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download listings or data except as expressly permitted;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service; or
• misuse another user’s data or the tools we provide.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Hyriko and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Job listings remain the property of their respective sources.

Third-party links and services

The Service links to third-party sites (e.g. employer application pages) and relies on third-party providers (e.g. PayU, Google). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyriko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or employment, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, ₹1,000 or its local equivalent). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. content licence for stored data, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (including in the United States and Canada) grant you rights or a forum that cannot be waived — those continue to apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
