Role Summary The Principal Engineer will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for EDI, providing technical leadership, driving platform efficiency, and leading strategic improvements across the OpenText EDI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the EDI subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to engineering and eProcurement business teams.

• Drive efficiency improvements across EDI onboarding, integration, and support processes

• Lead design and architecture decisions for EDI solutions on the OpenText platform

• Implement punchout functionality for eproc business.

• Identify and implement strategic enhancements to scale onboarding and reduce implementation time

• Provide technical oversight and review for complex customer implementations
