About the Role
As a Marketing Project Manager at Motive, you will help drive the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work. You will own project plans for straightforward programs and lead key components of larger initiatives, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
In this role, you will work across Marketing and adjacent teams to keep priorities moving, surface risks early, and improve how work gets done. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance executional rigor with flexibility when priorities evolve.
What You’ll Do
Manage project plans for marketing initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and clear ownership across stakeholders. Drive day-to-day execution of campaigns, launches, and operational projects to help ensure work is delivered on time and with high quality. Identify project risks, blockers, and gaps in process early, and proactively drive resolution with the right partners. Communicate project status, timelines, decisions, and action items clearly so teams have the context needed to move work forward. Improve project management workflows, documentation, and team coordination practices to support more efficient marketing execution over time.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign execution, or a similar cross-functional role. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements. Strong working knowledge of project management tools including Asana, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain accountability, and keep projects moving through ambiguity. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
