Our Service Operations team ensures customers receive a seamless post-sales experience through efficient service delivery, logistics, warranty management, and customer support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate - Service Operations to join our Operations team and gain hands-on experience in managing nationwide service operations.

Role Overview:

As an Associate - Service Operations, you will support the post-sales service operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, warehouses, and service centres to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation/ data related to reverse logistics and inventory movements between service centres, HO and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end reverse logistics for faulty panels and spare parts across customer locations, repair/service centres, warehouses, and the Head Office.

• Ensure timely reverse pickups and movements in line with defined SLAs, while maintaining clear visibility and regular updates for relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements, shipment status, pending pickups, and closures.

• Proactively coordinate with customers, field teams, service partners, logistics providers, and courier companies to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth reverse pickups.

• Monitor inventory levels across service centres and warehouses, and coordinate the timely transfer of excess or slow-moving inventory to optimise stock availability.
