Plan and manage allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to ensure that customer service targets are met at a minimum operating cost, with optimum stock levels. Establish robust demand forecasts by using relevant statistical tools and market and sales information, such as planned sales orders, customer contracts, intercompany standing orders, promotional activity, seasonality, brand changes, etc. Cooperate with personnel (sales, marketing, customer service) to deliver accurate, demand-driven forecast plans. Conduct analysis of sales forecasts, together with marketing and finance insight; report on forecast accuracy; and coordinate updates by managing demand changes from key areas within the targeted business.

Role
The Analyst, Demand Planning Capabilities plays a critical role in supporting the evolution of demand planning processes, tools, and systems across the organization. This individual will work at the intersection of data, technology, and supply chain to help build, maintain, and improve the capabilities that drive accurate demand forecasting and business decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
Support weekly/monthly demand planning processes by preparing accurate data, reports, and analysis in a timely manner.
Support Demand Planners by troubleshooting reports, system, and data issues; documenting risks and enhancement requests; and driving timely resolution.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that track forecast accuracy, bias, autonomous/touchless forecasting, and other key planning metrics.
Analyze forecast performance to identify trends, root causes, data quality gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Support the design, testing, release, deployment, and adoption of demand planning capabilities (system enhancements, tools, and process improvements).
Maintain business requirements, process workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, playbooks, and other capability documentation.

Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Digital, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support planning effectiveness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in logistics, demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, or related areas, within CPG preferred.
Proficient in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications
Experience with planning tools (e.g. o9, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and strong analytics skills (Excel; Power BI/Tableau and SQL a plus).
Problem-solving mindset, with a passion for analyzing large data sets and translating insights into action
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
