Job Description
Role
The Sr. Analyst, S&OE Materials drives execution, visibility, and governance across the KHC Materials Management process. This role partners cross-functionally to mitigate material availability risks, support service and production continuity, and translate data-driven insights into clear actions and sustainable improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
Own day-to-day S&OE Materials execution for assigned plants, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving material availability risks to protect service, production continuity, and growth.
Partner with plants, S&OP Materials, Procurement, Transportation, Suppliers, and Supply Chain Leadership to close material gaps, align priorities, and drive action ownership.
Lead weekly Materials Review routines across 7–8 plants, including prework, agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups focused on risk mitigation and service recovery.
Use S&OE tools, OMP, SAP, Power BI, and reporting to monitor shortages, supplier constraints, inventory health, production risk, and exception trends.
Conduct root cause analysis on material gaps and recurring issues, translating findings into corrective actions and preventative controls.
Track KPIs, top drivers, open risks, recovery plans, and escalation decisions through governance routines with KHC Supply Chain Leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, improving constraint visibility, strengthening follow-through, and reducing recurring disruptions.

Serve as an OMP subject matter expert, driving master data quality, validating planning parameters, resolving inaccuracies, and improving material planning outputs.
Communicate risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions clearly across stakeholder levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
2 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Data analysis expertise
Presentation and oral/written communication skills required
Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines with logical problem-solving
Green Belt preferred
APICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferred
Technical Expertise
SAP experience and knowledge
Well versed in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Power BI

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
