Demonstrate excellent program management skills along with the ability to drive multiple concurrent transformation programs
Deploy learnings from driving transformation programs in other organizations as best practices

Experience in creating and running large transformation proposals with understanding of as-is process data leading to identification of white spaces and a strong transformation roadmap creation
Digital Transformation Experience on Pre-sales, Solution, Automation COE, Process discovery and gold process transformation roadmap creation leveraging Robotics, Cognitive AI and other new age technologies
At least 18-20 years of Digital transformation experience with majority of that across F&A domain.
Hold conversations with CXO / CXO -1, lead solution defense and manage ambiguous client situations
Understanding of BPaaS, New Age disruptive technologies and build applicability in business processes
People management skills
