Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 2 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading creative, editorial, or technical teams.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to enhance content workflows, with deep knowledge of AI trends within marketing and advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting performance analysis to optimize content pipelines and capture audience insights.
- Experience in a global business or technology publication and proven track record of building and executing scaled growth frameworks, lead-generation funnels, or subscription-growth strategies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and legal teams.
