Job Description – DDI Engineer (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) Position: DDI Engineer / Network Engineer – DDI Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Noida-Remote/Hybrid/Onsite/5 days’ work from office/24x7 Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise DDI infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). Administer DDI platforms such as Infoblox, BlueCat, Men & Mice, EfficientIP SOLIDserver, etc. Create, modify, and troubleshoot DNS records Configure and maintain DHCP scopes, reservations, failover, and lease management. Manage IP address allocation, subnetting, and IPAM database updates. Handle service requests related to static IP assignments, DNS changes, and IP tracking. Perform root-cause analysis for DNS/DHCP-related incidents. Monitor DDI services availability and performance. Support DDI migrations, upgrades, and platform integrations. Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and integrate DDI services where required. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of: DNS (Forward/Reverse Lookup Zones, Delegation) DHCP (Scopes, Reservations, Failover) IPAM TCP/IP, Routing & Switching Subnetting Routing/Switching/LAN/WAN/Cloud Experience with ( Pref Infoblox BlueCat Men & Mice / Micetro EfficientIP SOLIDserver Knowledge of Windows DNS/DHCP and Linux-based DNS services. Understanding of Network Security, Firewalls, and Load Balancers. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL processes. Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or automation tools is an advantage. Preferred Certifications Infoblox Certified Professional (ICP) BlueCat Certified Professional CCNA / CCNP ITIL Foundation Roles & Responsibilities (L2/L3) Resolve complex DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents. Perform change implementations and maintenance activities. Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence. Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams. Participate in major incident management and problem management activities.
