Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage GIS Mapping operations and lead a team of mapping professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong GIS domain expertise, proven people management experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and client requirements. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GIS Mapping. 1.5–2 years of experience in a Team Lead role. Strong working knowledge of GIS tools such as ArcGIS and

QGIS

. Expertise in map editing, road network creation, POI mapping, geometry correction, spatial data validation, and quality assurance. Proven experience in team management, work allocation, productivity tracking, and performance management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numerical aptitude. Proficient in MS Excel , reporting, and dashboard analysis. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client interaction skills. Ability to manage escalations, ensure governance compliance, and drive operational efficiency. Preferred Skills People management, coaching, and mentoring. Stakeholder and client relationship management. Employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives. SLA/KPI monitoring and operational governance.
