Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
System Engineer
We are looking for a Staff System Modelling Engineer to lead our work on developing high-level models of for Mix Signal IPs for simulation, verification and Emulation purposes. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining C/C++/SystemC models of hardware and software components, as well as integrating them into larger system models. You will also collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of the models and their alignment with the specifications and requirements. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of the modelling and simulation processes and tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create virtual models of our connectivity IPs using SystemC/C++ and C libraries
- Test and debug the models using SystemC simulation tools and frameworks
