About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Sr. Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, AWS, and database technologies. The candidate will lead engineering teams, design and develop scalable and secure architectures from scratch, and drive end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop application and solution architecture from scratch.
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Own database design, optimization, and scalability strategies.
• Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical

solutions.

• Ensure performance, security, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and production operations.

Essential Skills / Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js.
• Extensive experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS,

DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).

• Strong database design and optimization experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
