Role and Accountabilities:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate ServiceNow Developer with expertise in both IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and performing maintenance activities on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our clients' or organization's service delivery and operational efficiency.

Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, specifically focusing on ITSM (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB) and ITOM (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using various methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JDBC, Mid-Server).
Develop and configure forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, access control lists (ACLs), and other platform functionalities.
Create and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and order guides.
Perform regular platform upgrades, patching, and cloning activities.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
Monitor platform performance and optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, development guides, and test plans.
Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and updates, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience developing and implementing solutions within ServiceNow ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and other web technologies.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration development.
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling best practices.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.*Shift Requirement 2.00 To 11.00 Pm IST
