Key Responsibilities

To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
To support as an Subject Matter Expert
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions â building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

Skill Requirements Cloud Infrastructure Management Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. Configure and manage Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Databases, and Load Balancers. Monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. Cloud Migration & Modernization Plan and execute migration of on-premises applications and workloads to AWS and Azure. Assess existing environments and recommend cloud-native solutions. Support hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. Automation & DevOps Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep templates. Automate deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline. Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes. Security & Compliance Implement cloud security best practices and governance policies. Manage IAM roles, access controls, security groups, and network security. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Monitoring & Optimization Monitor cloud resources using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues. Perform cost analysis and optimization of cloud resources.
