Python automation developer who can work independently

[Primary Skills]:

• Good programming experience & object oriented concepts in PYTHON & any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest etc)
• Good experience & knowledge in web application automation & related tools/packages selenium and Appium)
• Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure
• Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)

-- Partly Manual Testing experience [Primary behavioral Skills Expectation] -Ability to communicate with customers -Very good in analytical & logical thinking skills -Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions

[Good to have Skills]:

• Knowledge in JavaScript

[Responsibilities and Duties]:

Design, Develop, Execute and Maintenance of TC’s Test case Automation Defect Exploration, Failure Analysis and Reporting Experience in Testing automation Framework and tools development Defect Triage. Reporting work progress and risk, if any to the lead/manager [Keywords] Python, Selenium, Appium GITHub, CICD, QA Role Design, Develop, Execute and Maintenance of TC’s Test case Automation Defect Exploration, Failure Analysis and Reporting Experience in Testing automation Framework and tools development Defect Triage. Reporting work progress and risk, if any to the lead/manager

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
