Senior Lead Strategic Negotiator, Energy and Power

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience of developing and sustaining strong relations with a range of government and private sector (e.g., energy developers, suppliers and utilities) in India.
• Track record in managing and executing commercial transactions in collaboration with cross-functional teams in large multinational organizations.

• Understanding of development, financing, and operation of energy assets as well as expertise in crafting and executing complex energy supply agreements, Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs), and agreements.

• Comprehensive understanding of power generation (e.g., conventional and renewable), grid infrastructure, regulations, energy market dynamics and energy policy in India.
