Job Description
The Senior Director, Platform Architecture owns the end-to-end technical architecture for the Agentic Service Catalog. You are responsible for ensuring that the platform operates as one secure, scalable, governable, and maintainable system even though its capabilities, data, workflows, integrations, and AI services are supplied by many teams.
You will define the contracts that make the federated model work: APIs, workflows, events, schemas, integration boundaries, identity, policy, approvals, evidence, observability, versioning, compatibility, and ownership boundaries.
This is a hands-on engaged manager architecture role, not an architecture-review-only position. You will develop APIs and AI capabilities, build reference implementations, review critical code, solve complex integration problems, and coordinate technical direction across the teams contributing to the Service Catalog.
This job reports to the Vice President Intelligent Automation and Data Platforms
