Responsbilities:

• Drive strategic outbound prospecting across email, calls, LinkedIn, social selling, databases, and other channels to build a high-quality sales pipeline.

• Identify and engage key decision-makers and buying committees within target accounts through structured account and persona research.

• Position WebEngage’s SaaS solutions through personalized, value-led outreach aligned with prospect priorities, business challenges, and industry context.

• Own lead qualification and discovery, assessing business need, ICP fit, use case, intent, budget, authority, and buying timeline to determine sales readiness.

• Prioritize and qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high-potential opportunities are efficiently routed to the Sales team while appropriately nurturing or disqualifying low-fit prospects.

• Conduct consultative discovery to uncover pain points, business objectives, existing solutions, urgency, and potential commercial opportunities.
