The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in trade lifecycle management and liquidity risk frameworks.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for capital markets and liquidity risk initiatives.
Support the design and implementation of solutions related to intraday liquidity risk and trade settlement processes.
Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle workflows, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Work closely with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of SWIFT-based messaging systems in settlement processes.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis to support business decisions.
Produce high-quality functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
Participate in testing activities (UAT/SIT), ensuring solution alignment with business requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and domain expertise.Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, preferably with exposure to Intraday Liquidity Risk Management.
• Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade settlement lifecycle, including front, middle, and back-office processes.
Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX messages) in trade settlement and payments.

Experience in liquidity risk tools, treasury systems, or regulatory frameworks related to capital markets.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
