Job Overview
This position is responsible for supporting Qualcomm’s enterprise applications across hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises, Windows/Linux platforms, and AWS cloud environments. The role focuses on application reliability, production support, deployments, monitoring, automation, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Linux administration, middleware support, Apache, Tomcat, AWS, SQL, Vertica, AWS EMR, AWS EKS, DevOps automation, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise applications running across on-premises and AWS cloud environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Apache, Tomcat, IIS, RabbitMQ, and related middleware platforms.
- Support Linux and Windows application infrastructure.
- Perform application deployments, upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and post-deployment validation.
