The Global Engineering Services International (GESI) IN-Launch Team seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of new building launches across India's Amazon network. The role involves managing launches, closures, and consolidations across multiple business units (INFC, IXD/RC, DRCC, SDC, SC, AMZL, GSF, QC & 3P) spanning three regions North & East, South & Central, and West. The Program Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Supply Chain, WHS, Finance, and Real Estate to ensure new buildings achieve benchmark rates while ramping to meet network capacity. Data & Reporting: Manages large data pools, analyzes data to produce leadership dashboards and reports.
AI Proficiency: Familiar with all Amazon AI tools; ready to adopt AI across workstreams in day-to-day operations.
Accountability & Independence: Solves problems independently, drives actions with diverse stakeholders, escalates issues proactively, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Program Planning & Risk Management: Define scope, objectives, and roadmaps. Identify and mitigate risks through "GES Source" with closed-loop stakeholder resolution.
Milestone Tracking & Dashboards: Monitor PMO Launch milestones, track SLA compliance, and publish weekly flash reports and Launch Dashboards on regular cadence for OP1'2027 intake and off-cycle REI programs.
OP1 & CP Connect Management: Manage CP Connect (OP1/OP2/Q2G/Revision) and end-to-end OP1 intake lifecycle through Change Management from intake to program execution and monitoring.
Leadership Communications & Governance: Own WBR/MBR/QBR updates, document preparation, and SOP-RASCI development and revision for GESI-IN Launch processes.
Standardization & Repository Management: Create REI templates (Excel/Smartsheet/CSV) for "GES Source" integration. Maintain Support Function 4M and Signage repository for GESI-IN framework.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-launch lessons learned sessions to drive year-on-year performance and process improvements.

Basic qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
