Accenture is seeking a Sourcing Lead to collaborate with internal and external clients to develop sourcing strategies related to a variety of spend areas within the Professional Services category (i.e. Financial Services, Banking, Tax, Advisory, Management Consulting, Legal, Fleet, Market Data, Administrative & Professional Service, etc...). You will lead sourcing and procurement solutions designed to drive spend capture, as well as lead client selection criteria processes, supplier selection processes, contract negotiations and formal bidding processes. Providing industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to clients and internal teams is another key responsibility. You will support development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activities and collaborate with the Procurement Category function. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement/supply chain management

function

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in managing global Customers, and suppliers (NA, EMEA, Australia)
• Minimum of 8+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, and/or professional industry experience related

to at the following sub-category areas:

o Banking Operations o Business Intelligence o Management Consulting o Financial and Insurance Services o Legal o Fleet Management o Professional Services o Research and Development Ability to effectively lead formal strategic sourcing efforts related to Professional Services related categories.
