This is a strategic Product Owner role with visibility across portfolio strategy forums and direct influence on product evolution. You'll position yourself strongly for future opportunities in business leadership and product strategy functions. The role carries overall commercial responsibility for one or more products, requiring you to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and operational excellence while representing the product function at governance and escalation forums.
What You Will
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Own commercial responsibility and business analysis for assigned products
Develop and validate product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and architectural direction
Establish and enforce consistent product owner methodology across multiple products/tools
Secure and approve product plans, ensuring compliance with legal, trade, and security requirements
Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Architects to ensure roadmap feasibility and resolve scope/prioritization conflicts
Drive operational consistency in backlog grooming, scope management, and product lifecycle execution
Track and report on product KPIs, stakeholder satisfaction, and roadmap execution
Act as senior escalation and governance point for product conflicts and bottlenecks
Data & Security Governance
Keep data requirements, quality, and solutions central to product strategy and lifecycle management
Ensure data processes are followed thoroughly
Verify compliance with Ericsson security policies, directives, and information security standards
First 90 Days Focus
Solidify the product management framework
Produce a comprehensive service catalogue
Improve integration between product and delivery streams

Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
