Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
HRIS Management
Ensure 100% alignment of HRIS tagging and resource movement with actual billed data
Maintain compliance with ramp-down notice periods (30 days) and movement CPD (Career Progression Document)
Verify work location accuracy per execution plan (client site or QG/Quest Global premises)
Follow up with Resource Managers (RMs) and Resource Management Group (RMG) to correct reporting structures
