MORE Finance Reginal Specialist

Your Contribution

• Support in the implementation of all MORE-related design activities within India, including the introduction of regional, BU- and subject-specific process and system templates

• Coordination and operational integration of all relevant systemic and organizational interfaces

• Reporting of deviations from standard processes to the governance of the domain Finance

• Setting up expert networks

• Assuming the role of a sub-project leader for the domain Finance to actively support the defined (sub-) project objectives

• Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-) process control, ensuring the completeness of the regional process as well as continuous process improvement

• Support for the standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes

Minimum Requirement

• University degree in a technical or commercial field of study

• Many years of professional experience in Finance

• Deep understanding of the underlying values of the global MAHLE organization

• Strong coordination and leadership skills

• Experience in project management on an international Level

• Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 Hana
