Build complex flow logic including approval workflows, conditional branching, loops, error handling, and retry policies. Integrate with 300+ connectors (SharePoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, Azure services). Implement solution-aware flows, environment strategies, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Dataverse and Solutions. Optimize flow performance, handle concurrency, and manage flow versioning and governance. Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Develop robust desktop automation solutions for legacy applications, Citrix/VMware environments, and thick-client software. Build reusable desktop flow modules with advanced error handling, exception management, and logging. Integrate PAD with cloud flows using the Desktop Flow connector and On-premises Data Gateway. Work with UI elements, selectors, image recognition, OCR, and coordinate-based interactions. Manage unattended and attended bot execution, credential management, and machine group configurations. Power Apps Design and build responsive Canvas Apps and model-driven apps for business process digitization. Create custom connectors, integrate with Dataverse, and implement complex form logic. UiPath — Supporting Responsibilities (10%) Read, interpret, and understand existing UiPath workflows, sequences, and REFramework-based automations. Perform code reviews and basic debugging of UiPath processes (.xaml files) to identify logic, variable usage, and execution flow. Support incident resolution and minor adjustments to existing UiPath bots (e.g., selector updates, argument changes, config file modifications). Document UiPath processes for knowledge transfer or migration planning to Power Platform where applicable. Note: This role does not require building new UiPath automations from scratch but demands sufficient literacy to maintain business continuity. Skill Requirements
