Key Responsibilities
Materials Managent
Preparing the Mateiral Taxonomy & ensure the attributes availability
Ensure to identify the duplicate Material Master within System
Assigning UNSPC code
Communicate with various stakeholders.
Material Cataloguing / Review and provide recommendation Inventory Optimization, wherever required.
Material Master Enrichment from various resource (Web / Repositary)
Identify the spares for Equipment
Prepare & execute Bill of Material for Oil and Gas Equipment
Prepare Asset Register.
Knowledge Obsolescence Management.
Knowledge Preservation control.

Work Experience
6 to 8 years of Experience in oil & gas plant.
Excellent knowledge in Procurement cycle
Excellent Knowledge in Cataloguing and Procurement.
Handle Ad hoc task individual.
Review and evaluation of EPL/RSPL (Equipment part list / Recommended spare parts list) for Commissioning Start-up & Life Cycle Operating spares.
Review P&ID, SLD & Flow diagram.
Experience in Bill of material.
Good Knowledge in Taxonomy development.
Good Knowledge in Drilling/OCTG spares.
Good Knowledge in Inventory Optimization.
Review and Preparation of Bill of Materials, PO Text by extracting all the necessary technical information from the drawings (datasheet, manual, catalog, etc...)
Fair work experience on Excel and other MS applications.

Good experience in MS Office.
Good experience in SAP S4/HANA
