About the Role
As a Corporate Marketing Project Manager at Motive, you will help drive the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work. You will own project plans for straightforward programs and lead key components of larger customer advocacy, content production, communications, and corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
In this role, you will work across Customer Marketing, Content Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Comms, and adjacent teams to keep priorities moving, surface risks early, and improve how work gets done. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance executional rigor with flexibility when priorities evolve across various audiences and channels.
What You’ll Do
- Manage project plans for customer advocacy programs, content marketing development, PR/comms, and corporate initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and clear ownership across stakeholders.
- Drive day-to-day execution of content calendars, customer story/case study creation, internal and external communications, and corporate campaigns to help ensure work is delivered on time and with high quality.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and gaps in the content production or campaign process early, and proactively drive resolution with writers, PR partners, and corporate stakeholders.
