Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Shall be well versed with Electrcial and Electronics vehicle system integration such as-

Infotainment & Telematics
Rotating machines
Electric vehicle architecture
Display system i.e. Digital Instrument cluster,
Body electronics
Wiring harness
ECU architecture

Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality, Cost and Time.
Evaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various governmental regulation compliance
Review with Internal as well as external stakeholders for deliveries as per project time plan. Internal stakeholders include ECU owner, CME, manufacturing, plant engineering, launch team, PE & project team & EOL suppliers
In plant / Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management
Fluent in use of Data analytics.
Must demonstrate a high degree of Ownership of the Projects and problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in MPDS, DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools.
To Conduct Internal Meetings with Proper Agenda & prepare Presentation for Top Management Reviews.
Ensure analysis of interface issues to respective teams during validations of vehicle level / Mfg Plant level and to the ECU owners
Ensure the consolidation, tracking, resolution of the Software Critical Issues arising out of validation & Manufacturing during builds
knowledge of Automotive ECU development and EOL Software development process
