Instructional Design Specialist (Organizational Change Management)

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to support Organizational Change Management (OCM) and digital transformation initiatives through impactful learning solutions. The ideal candidate will design engaging training programs, eLearning content, adoption materials, and performance support resources that enable successful employee readiness, adoption, and business transformation.
This role requires expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, stakeholder management, and content development, with the ability to translate complex processes and systems into effective learning experiences.
Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning training programs. Conduct learning needs analysis and create role-based learning solutions. Develop Course Design Documents (CDDs), storyboards, assessments, job aids, user guides, and training materials. Create engaging digital learning assets, videos, simulations, and performance support tools. Collaborate with SMEs, change managers, and business stakeholders to gather and validate content. Manage content review cycles, approvals, version control, and training delivery timelines. Facilitate training sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and knowledge transfer workshops. Support employee adoption, communication, and organizational change initiatives. Track training effectiveness, learner feedback, and adoption metrics. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and learning personalization.
Experience supporting ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, PLM, or enterprise transformation programs. Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, change impact assessments, and OCM methodologies. Experience measuring training effectiveness and user adoption. Exposure to graphic design, video editing, accessibility standards, and LMS administration. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
