NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “Enterprise Architecture Advisor” to join our team in “Noida” and “Bangalore”Technical Experience:

Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certificationsITIL foundation certificationProject Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOpsExperience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, RemedyPossesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPointRoles & Responsibilities: Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX toolExperience in implementing and driving automation initiativesCreate intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholdersParticipate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environmentAnalytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needsCreate Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship managementProvide cross functional supportAct as a liaison between vendor and clientKey Expertise: Exhibits passion and alignment with our vision, values & operating principlesStrong Communication & Presentation skillsVendor ManagementStakeholder managementDemonstrates the ability to multi-taskExceptional listening abilities and detail orientedAbility to work in heterogeneous environmentDemonstrates ability to succeed with the team
