Engineer, Staff-Camera

- Job Description – Staff Engineer (Multimedia / Camera)

- Strong hands‑on experience in Linux kernel driver development, with deep understanding of kernel internals and device drivers.

- Proven track record of upstream Linux kernel contributions, including camera and multimedia subsystem upstreaming, Active participation in open source community discussions.

- Solid experience working with open‑source multimedia architectures (V4L2, Media Controller, libcamera, etc.).

- End‑to‑end ownership of features across the full product lifecycle — from pre‑silicon enablement, bring‑up, through commercialization, with camera domain experience strongly preferred.

- Acts as a technical lead, driving architecture and design decisions for complex multimedia systems.

- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (10+ engineers team), including task planning, technical guidance, and design reviews.

- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, understand requirements, debug critical issues, and drive solutions to closure.

- Experience in IOT segement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
