Job Description
We're looking for an experienced resource to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of robust, scalable .NET solutions that align with our business objectives. You will provide technical leadership, establish architectural standards, and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for building innovative solutions.
Design and architect enterprise-level .NET applications using industry best practices and design patterns
Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and maintainability
Develop comprehensive technical specifications and architectural documentation for development teams
Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions
Oversee database design, optimization, and implementation strategies for SQL Server and NoSQL platforms
Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices across teams
Mentor and guide development teams on architectural decisions, design patterns, and technical implementation
