To assess the non-conformities encountered during Fuselage production from Design perspective and provide solutions while ensuring constraints w.r.t manufacturability, assembly, and reparability duly following customer methods and processes
Assessing the non-conformities of various complexities arising during shell line or panel line assembly in fuselage and provide design resolution independently
Generation of a design solution recommending a suitable repair procedure with support sketches and geometries in Catia V5
Coordinate with stress assessment team for design solution verifications.
Checking for correctness in design solution for clearing the non-conformance with appropriate sketches, recommendations and specifications and finally validate the design solution
Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements
Work Experience

Working experience in working with Fuselage structure for concessions for A350

Good knowledge on Fuselage structure assembly (Frames, Stringers, Skin Panel, Cross beam etc) Door Surrounding areas, Section 16/18 Lap joints, Section 16/18 to Section 19 Orbital Joint , etc
Good Knowledge of Composite and Metallic repair, with working experience of elementary part level concessions, both metallic and composites & Assembly line concessions
Ability to study previous solutions for clearing the non-conformance with appropriate solution and with good quality.
Have a good understanding or knowledge of customer methods, processes and standards, structural repair manuals
Ability and working experience with various non-conformities like Misalignment between stringers/frames, shifted parts/ holes, unwanted holes, dimension out of tolerance, deep flushness, stringer deformation, impact marks/dents/drill starts, and elongated holes etc
Hands-on experience of working on the Design Assessment of concessions for Aircraft fuselage, wing components viz. fuselage components include skin, stringers, frames, center wing box, central/nose fuselage, air inlet, keel beam and assembly
Working experience in coordinating with shop floor team on critical repairs to be performed is added advantage
Good understanding of Stress requirements & knowledge of strength of materials.
In depth knowledge of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer methods & program
In depth tool Knowledge/Hands-on experience of CATIA, SAP, VPM, PASS
Ability to understand Load path on fuselage structure
Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft
Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.
Desirable to have knowledge of GD&T
