Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate data entry of all outbound shipments.

• Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.

• Ensure outbound stock is dispatched in the system efficiently.

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.

• Oversee employee performance and development.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.

• Minimum 1 year in a Supply Chain Logistics (SPL) environment.

• Minimum 2 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems/ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WMS skills.
