CPU Engineering Operations Manager

Provides process, analysis, support, transparency, and insight on product development in order to maintain a steady stream of deliverables. Manages and tracks operational and headcount budgets. Works cross functionally with various teams (i.e., finance, engineering, program management) to forecast and set budgets for programs and meet customer demands on support and tools. Partners with the business, third party vendors, and the broader functional teams to plan and operationalize to help execute overall strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
The Engineering Operations Manager provides day-to-day operational support for hiring, headcount planning, project scoping, and team operations. This role works closely with Engineering Managers, Talent Acquisition, Program Managers, and Operations teams to help maintain accurate data, coordinate processes, track actions, and support organizational planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Headcount Support
- Support hiring activities, including new requisitions, backfills, and attrition tracking.
- Attend hiring meetings and track hiring-related action items.
- Assist with intern, new graduate, and contingent workforce (CWF) .
- Prepare and maintain headcount, hiring, and workforce reports.
- Process department and cost center assignments and organizational changes.
