Job Summary

- Responsible for providing expert clinical and technical applications support for CT imaging systems to Wipro GE Healthcare customers, ensuring optimal system utilization and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote applications training for customers on GE CT systems, including advanced imaging techniques and post-processing applications.

- Provide timely and effective technical and clinical support to resolve customer issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Collaborate with sales and service teams to demonstrate product capabilities to prospective customers and participate in pre-sales activities.

- Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and clinical workflows.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product developments, and clinical advancements in CT imaging.

- Document all customer interactions, training activities, and support cases accurately and comprehensively.

- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer needs and product improvements.

- Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical and technical expertise.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
