Assistant Manager

Major purpose of the job :

 To make effective functioning and maintenance of Manufacturing/Process equipment at Udaipur Plant.  To ensure functional efficiency of all the plant machineries at Udaipur Plant.

Principal task and responsibilities :

1. To prepare and maintain SOP and documents related to Plant preventive maintenance.
2. To conduct routine breakdown maintenance of process / utility equipment.
3. To follow and implement PPM schedule for effective implementation in shortest duration of time for all

equipment in close co-ordination with production dept.

1. To allocate maintenance job to all the technicians with routine breakdown requisition.
2. To co-ordinate with inter department staff for any breakdown or any abnormality in process / utility

equipment.

1. Execution of CAPEX project related to process equipment and area modification.
2. Ensure timely indenting of spares required for preventive maintenance / breakdown maintenance with close

follow up with seniors/purchase.

1. To maintain minimum / critical spares for process equipment to reduce downtime.
2. Preparation of all documents/ schedules/ reports related to process equipment.
3. Ensure compliance to cGMP requirements & Good Engineering Practice requirements besides other

statutory laws, rules and regulations.

1. To maintain all records online related to plant maintenance function.
2. To support in instrument calibration and equipment validation as per schedule.
3. To ensure all time facility readiness for any domestic / regulatory Audit.
4. To maintain safety practice during operation and maintenance.
5. To support project team in installation and qualification of equipment.
