Job Description: Technical Executive Apprentice (Electrical)

Position: Technical Executive Apprentice - Electrical

Department: Engineering/Technical Services

Qualification Required: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Role Overview: Technical Executive Apprentice position designed to provide hands-on experience in electrical systems management, project support, and technical operations within commercial real estate and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technical executives in electrical system maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation across commercial properties. Support preventive maintenance programs for power distribution, lighting systems, HVAC electrical components, and emergency backup systems.

Participate in technical assessments, energy audits, and compliance inspections. Learn to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and building codes. Assist in vendor coordination and project documentation.

Support facility operations by monitoring electrical systems performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending improvements. Gain exposure to building management systems (BMS) and automation technologies.

Contribute to safety protocols, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. Participate in client interactions and technical presentations under supervision.

Learning Outcomes: Development of practical skills in electrical system design, maintenance, and project management. Understanding of commercial building operations, energy management, and regulatory requirements. Professional development in client service and technical communication.

Requirements: Fresh B.Tech Electrical Engineering graduate with strong academic foundation. Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to work in team environments and adapt to field conditions.
