APAC Benefits Coordinator

Barracuda is looking for a Regional Employee Benefits Manager to support the accurate, compliant and employee-focused delivery of benefit programs across assigned countries. This role combines operational benefits administration, employee support, vendor coordination and process discipline to deliver a consistent benefits experience aligned with regional requirements and globalb benefits standards.
This role will act as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to benefits and will primarily support APAC plan operations and employee lifecycle events. The role will work closely with the Director, Global Benefits and brokers/consultants, who will retain ownership of plan strategy, renewals, and vendor management.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Administer regional benefits programmes: Deliver day-to-day administration for health, wellbeing, retirement, insurance, leave and other employee benefit programmes across assigned countries or markets.
- Manage enrolment and employee changes: Process benefit enrolments, life event changes, eligibility updates, employee contributions and data submissions in partnership with HR Operations, Payroll and external providers.
- Resolve employee and HR enquiries: Serve as a point of contact for benefits questions, providing clear guidance to employees, managers and HR partners and escalating complex or sensitive matters where needed.
- Coordinate vendors and brokers: Work with benefit providers, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues, track deliverables, support renewals and maintain reliable service delivery.
- Maintain compliance and governance: Keep accurate records, support audits, monitor local statutory and regulatory requirements, and help ensure plans are administered in line with company policy and regional obligations.
- Support communications and continuous improvement: Contribute to employee communications, open enrolment activities, reporting and process improvements that increase benefits awareness, engagement and operational effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
