As a Pharma Technical Intern, you will join our Mississauga team to gain direct exposure to core technical operations vital to manufacturing life-saving medicines. In this hands-on early-career role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply new technologies, and drive initiatives that enhance business productivity and profitability. You will experience agile project rotations while receiving dedicated mentorship to shape your long-term career goals.

The Opportunity

- Drive Business Initiatives: Lead or support technical projects, process improvements, and system design solutions while ensuring key goals and timelines are met.

- Design & Optimize Processes: Create and implement new operational processes and leverage new technologies to support business efficiency.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with peers and specialists across functions to execute hands-on technical operations projects.

- Operational & Technical Support: Provide end-user assistance within technical operations and contribute to feasibility assessments for business processes.

- Data Visualization & Analytics: Utilize Tableau or coding tools to build dashboards and visual insights that guide business decisions.
