This Position reports to:

Sales Operations Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.

- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control processes.

- Optimize warehouse space, capacity, and material flow.

- Develop and maintain standardized work instructions.

- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance requirements are met.

- Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and safety.

- Lead and support teams to meet operational and health & safety standards.

What it takes to run what runs the world

- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with team leadership responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

Language Requirement

French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
