Warehouse Operator - Level II

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure incoming shipments are accurate and undamaged by carefully checking goods against invoices, helping prevent costly errors and delays.
Keep the warehouse organized by sorting, labeling, and storing items efficiently, which improves space utilization and speeds up operations.
Support smooth order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching goods to meet customer expectations and timelines.
Maintain high quality standards by identifying discrepancies, controlling non-conforming materials, and raising issues early to reduce risk.
Contribute to a safe workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
Improve team performance by communicating clearly, collaborating with coworkers, and supporting cross-functional teams when needed.
Drive operational efficiency by meeting cycle times, following standard work processes, and suggesting improvements to workflow and material handling.
Help sustain a productive environment by keeping your work area clean, performing routine equipment care, and staying flexible to support business needs.
