Main responsibilities:
Oversee all product movement for the Southern Division Distribution Center.
Supervisor up to 100 drivers and direct the workforce as needed daily.
Coordination of transportation operations with Distribution Center.
Fostering supportive and communicative relationship with Retail Partners and the Distribution Center.
Management off all Transportation Operations.
Provide superior service to retail stores through on-time delivery and timely return of salvage.
Provide a safe work environment for all employees.
Proven ability to manage employee relations (policy, discipline, evaluation, leadership).
Responsible for profit and loss of Transportation Department including employee costs, equipment, and facilities.
Develop budgetary and departmental goals.
