We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
Dana is Applied's AI platform for enterprises in physical industries: apps, agents, and data on one governed platform.
You will be the first PM for Dana's core platform: everything customers touch to build, deploy, share, and govern apps on Dana. You own the product end to end: the feature set, the user experience, and the product and technical tradeoffs behind them. Dana is multi-tenant and serves critical enterprise workloads, so scale and reliability tradeoffs are part of the job. This is a 0 to 1 role on a product with live enterprise customers and an aggressive launch calendar.
At Applied you will:
- Define and ship the platform's core capabilities from first spec to customer hands, for builders who range from platform engineers to domain experts who have never written code
- Own product quality and user experience across the platform; success is measured by product quality customers feel
- Partner directly with platform engineering on the big architectural choices, and own the product side of multi-tenancy, scale, and reliability tradeoffs
