This unique program spans across various US-based Boeing sites. Selected candidates will be placed at one of the following site locations for their first assignment: Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Cambridge, MA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Herndon, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK or Ridley Park, PA.

- Gain a systems-perspective of Boeing as you rotate across the company to learn more about our services, products and value streams

- Lead teams of varying sizes in a variety of situations and environments

- Gain support and build relationships with the larger LGO/Tauber alumni network at the company

Position Responsibilities:

- Rotate positions every 12-18 months

- Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals

- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements

- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

- Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading
