Position Summary
CVD equipment technician will be responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance on CVD equipment and recovery equipment faults. Daily equipment process and equipment trend monitoring will be required, as is responding to interlocks in a timely manner. Documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to Process team to ensure the material is measured and dispositioned correctly. Technician will interact with Shift Supervisor in scheduling PMs, delivering ETAs for tool recovery, Documenting/following standard operating procedures during PM execution is required. High energy with a focus on Quality and detail is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.
- Troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
- Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Correct and generate SOPs when required.
- Work hours: B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
- Minimum of 7 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- 300mm AMAT Producer or Ultima maintenance experience.
- Must have experience troubleshooting AMAT equipment.
- Must have high volume fabrication experience.
