Workday Functional:

Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Architecture, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications (MUST)Exposure to Configurations : Configure Workday modules (Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows. Advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes Strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions. Time & Absence Requirements Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking. Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules. Payroll Requirements Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)

Areas of Responsibility Requirement Gathering-Understand the functional requirements and assist in translating these into technical specifications. Configuration and Customisation-"Assist in performing coding, configuration, and minor customisations as per defined design and development standards." Technology Harmonisation-Support integration testing by validating interface behaviour and identifying basic issues. Troubleshooting and optimisation-Support troubleshooting activities and help resolve basic technical issues related to performance or configuration of a specific module. Documentation-Assist in preparing user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artefacts for a specific module.
