UI/UX Design Lead

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the UI/UX designs within the organization. They will lead a team of designers to create innovative and user-friendly designs that meet the business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of ui/ux designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions that align with business goals.
3. Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process and deliverables.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.

Skill Requirements 🔹 Required Skills Core FileMaker Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

Claris FileMaker Pro / FileMaker Server Layout design (UI/UX) Script development Relational database modeling Integration Skills

Experience with:

REST APIs ODBC/JDBC connections JSON/XML data handling Database Knowledge

Solid understanding of:

RDBMS systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Data modeling and performance tuning Support & Infra Skills

Experience in:

Production support (incident/change/problem management) Deployment and release management Server configuration and administration

Other Requirements

1.UX Design Certification or similar certification is preferred.
